Unusual bookcase by master carpenter Lars Larsson

This fantastic bookcase comes from the master carpenter Lars Larsson who was a member of the HI-Gruppen. This particular bookcase was purchased from Lars Larsson's brother in Gothenburg.

The bookshelf has a plinth which you can then build and create your own bookshelf as desired. All shelves are removable. Two of the boxes have holes in the back, see pictures.

"The HI group was a collection of sixteen prominent craftsmen and interior designers who actively worked to renew Swedish furniture art during the early 1960s. Their main goal was to promote cooperation between these two professional groups and hence they got the name HI group."
