Returns and Complaints

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. When you as a customer receive the delivery, you must inspect the package. If you see that the package is damaged, you must report this to the shipping company and contact us within 24 hours. You must also photograph the package before opening, also take pictures of the product if it has been damaged during transport. If you as a customer want to return an item, you must contact us after receiving the item at info@gbgdeco.se or 073-7887259 and tell us why you want to make a return.

When you make the return must be very carefully packed! You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for the item until we receive the return. We will refund you as soon as we have received the item back in the same condition as it was when it left us. If the item has been damaged while it was with you or during the return, we have the right to charge a fee for reduction in value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if your item is an order item, which means that we produced a product according to your specific wishes.
